No piece of Wild & Pacific® merchandise is reimbursable, we recommend carefully reading our size chart or contacting us before ordering to guarantee that you select the correct size. In case you mistakenly purchase the wrong size, we do offer in-store credit which can be used through our website to reorder the same piece of merchandise, for the same value NOT including shipping and handling costs which will be assumed by the buyer. When ordering and paying at Wild & Pacific® the buyer is assuring that he or she is 18 years or older or has his parent ́s or legal guardian ́s permission to execute the purchase.

In the case of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents or wars, no costs will be assumed by Wild & Pacific®.

All merchandise is legally in the possession of Wild & Pacific® until the full payment of the merchandise, including shipping and handling, is executed. Shipping and handling costs will be recognized and acknowledged prior to the confirmation of payment.

No debit or credit card information will be stored in the Wild & Pacific® database, this information is encrypted and inaccessible either by Wild & Pacific® or any other party.

Please consider the fact that as the buyer, you are responsible for all taxes, import or customs fees that may arise in the country of destination. Payment of these taxes and fees must be executed in order to release your Wild & Pacific® products from customs upon arrival. Wild & Pacific® is not responsible for any of these fees or taxes. Wild & Pacific® is not responsible in the case that your Wild & Pacific® merchandise is confiscated by customs upon arrival to the country of destination.

We advise you to familiarize yourself with your selected country of destination ́s regulations and importation laws. Your Wild & Pacific® merchandise may be subject to importation and customs taxes and laws, as well as regulations and other local taxes and laws for the import of foreign goods and services.

All Wild & Pacific® orders are sent using DHL Express or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 4 to 7 full business days. All orders are processed during the week (Monday to Friday) and shipped the following business day.
